A very close family friend recommended the book "Body Love" by Kelly Leveque. Kelly is a health consultant that believes every meal/smoothie should consist of a mix of protein, fat, fiber and greens. This helps your blood sugar, which will curve the unwanted snacking and provide endless energy.
